Ironically enough, Mike's first Father's Day was also his Deployment Day. We had to get up super early to get ready and be on base by 5:30 am. We didn't end up staying on base long since we seriously upset the babies schedule by waking them up so early. It didn't take long before they were very cranky and in all honestly hanging around playing the Army's Hurry-up and Wait game is torture. So we got Daddy there on time to report and then we went off on our on and said our goodbyes.
We did get some good pics-

Daddy and a tired Norabird

Holden was in a pretty good mood for a while....he was giggling at Daddy right before we left
