After watching me grocery shop their entire lives they are pretty much experts in all things related.
they love to help unpack the groceries. although most of the food ends up in the freezer with the ice. eh.
they can load a shopping cart (or stroller/truck, gotta work with what you've got, ya know?) 
and they can maneuver their carts through all sorts of obstacles with minimal spills.
now i just gotta watch out for butter sticks and milk cartons stuck in toy bins...that would definitely be a disaster!
