Day 1

I am not sure how to keep track of our outings on the blog other than just listing our happenings day by day. So forgive the boring blog titles, after long days of visiting people and running around, my creativity is zapped by the time i sit down to blog.

The babies have been spending their last few days meeting lots of new people. Someone suggested i keep a running tally of all the new people they have met, but if i was supposed to do that I would already have an "F" since i lost count on Day 2 at our church.

But anyway on our first day in NC, not long after we got off the plane, we already got to see lots of people and the babies had some very important introductions. They first met my college friend Lacey who brought some baby essentials to the airport for us. We have plans to spend more time with her and her new baby boy Carter next week.

When we arrived at my moms house in Asheboro, Great-Grandpa Williams was at the house waiting on us. Right away we filled his arms full of babies! As always, Holden was pretty chill and Nora was super curious about who that new person holding her was!

Also that night, Grandpa Sam and Grandma Lora came to visit. It was way past the babies bed time (ie they were pretty grumpy) so it was a short visit. The babies have plans to play with Grandpa much more later in the week.

After all the flying and excitement of meeting new people, the babies went right to bed and slept all the way until 8:30 the next morning! We were worried about what the time change would do to the babies schedules, but so far it's not been so bad!
